Glass Slats

A row of curved glass slats drifting slowly across an image or a video. Each slat works as a real lens: it drags the picture sideways, bulges it in the middle, splits the color channels at its edge and carries a bright highlight along its rim, so the picture reads as seen through fluted glass.
