Blossom

Petals falling at different speeds, swinging as they go and turning slowly on the way down. Size, speed and opacity each run between a minimum and a maximum you set, which is what stops it looking like copies of one petal.

Petal count is the weight control, and the min and max pairs are the realism: widen the gap between them and the fall gains depth, close it and every petal moves as one. Swing range decides how far each drifts sideways on the way down, which is what separates blossom from confetti.
