Dropout strength is the control that turns this from a filter into a picture: raise it and the dark parts of the image lose their dots entirely, so the subject is drawn by absence. Cell size sets the resolution, dot scale how much of each cell is filled, and there is a frame rate cap for when the grid gets dense.
