Light Cascade

A fan of fine light rays hanging from a narrow crown at the top of the section and spreading outward as they fall, like a fiber optic lamp seen from below. Bright pulses run down every strand at their own offset, dragging soft trails, so the section reads as light traveling rather than light sitting still.
