Glowing Wave

A glowing tide filling the lower part of the section, with a luminous crest tracing its surface. The wave is built from a slow swell, a faster ripple and a layer of chop, so the surface never repeats, while iridescent bands drift through the fill like oil on water and the cursor lifts the swell under the pointer.
