Phones get their own settings rather than the desktop ones scaled down: a separate pixel ratio, a separate frame rate, and a switch to leave it out altogether on small screens. On the desktop, warp strength and frequency decide whether the threads read as fabric or as smoke, and parallax ties the whole surface to the scroll.
