Magnetic Button
The button notices your cursor before you reach it. Come within the radius you set and it leans toward the pointer, with a little rotation if you want it. Touch gets its own radius and sensitivity, so it behaves on a phone too.

Strength and radius are separate on purpose: radius is how early the button notices you, strength how far it commits once it has. A large radius with low strength reads as attentive, the reverse as eager. Touch gets its own pair, because a finger has no hover to warn of its arrival.
