These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Bricksfusion's software and associated services. By using Bricksfusion, you agree to these Terms fully.

• Purchase and License: By paying the required fees, you obtain a non-exclusive license to use Bricksfusion software.
• Intellectual Property: All rights to the software and any updates remain with their respective owners. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
• Updates and Support: We provide ongoing support and updates but may modify or discontinue services at our discretion.

By using Bricksfusion, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and purchases.
• Keep your account credentials and license keys secure.
• Use the software only for personal or commercial purposes; resale or redistribution is forbidden.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure that any content you create with our software meets legal and ethical standards.
• Report any unauthorized use or security breaches to us immediately.

Bricksfusion digital products, including but not limited to components and libraries developed for use in Bricks Builder, are strictly for the personal or commercial use of the licensed individual or entity. While users are permitted to utilize these products for their own projects and for projects developed on behalf of their clients, any form of resale, redistribution, or sharing of Bricksfusion products themselves, whether for profit or otherwise, is expressly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, selling, leasing, sublicensing, or transferring the products to any third party without prior written consent from Bricksfusion.

Bricksfusion licenses are designed to support agencies, freelancers, and developers who build websites for their clients. The following guidelines apply:

• Client Projects: You may use your Bricksfusion license to develop websites for your clients. Your license can remain active on these client sites, and your clients will receive automatic updates as long as your license remains valid.
• Site Ownership Transfer: When you transfer ownership of a website to your client (including domain and files), the Bricksfusion elements will continue to function normally as long as your license remains active on that site. There is no need for your client to purchase a separate license.
• Your Responsibility: As the license holder, you remain responsible for managing your license activations. The license is tied to your account, not to your client's ownership of the website.
• What Is Not Permitted: You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute your Bricksfusion license or access credentials to third parties. Your license is for building and maintaining websites, not for reselling the product itself.
• Fair Use Policy: While activations are generous, we monitor for abuse patterns. Practices such as activating the license on hundreds of unrelated third-party sites for profit, sharing license keys publicly, or any activity that constitutes resale of the product are strictly prohibited and may result in license revocation.

Bricksfusion is not a party to any agreement between developers/agencies and their clients. Any disputes regarding website ownership, license access, or service continuity between a license holder and their clients are solely between those parties.

Recommendation: We encourage developers to clearly communicate to their clients that Bricksfusion functionality depends on the developer maintaining an active license on the site.

The Bricksfusion plugin requires a valid, active license to function:

• License Activation: You must activate your license key on each site where you wish to use Bricksfusion. Activation connects the site to your license and enables all plugin features.
• Active License Required: Bricksfusion elements require an active license to render on the frontend. If a license is deactivated or invalid, the animated elements will not display.
• Automatic Updates: Sites with an active license will receive automatic updates, including new features, improvements, and security patches.
• License Deactivation: You may deactivate your license from a site at any time through the plugin settings. Once deactivated, Bricksfusion elements on that site will stop rendering until a valid license is reactivated.

• Within 30 Days of Purchase: You can upgrade to a higher plan within 30 days of your original purchase by paying only the difference between your current plan and the new one.
• Between 30 and 90 Days of Purchase: After 30 days and up to 90 days, you can still upgrade by paying 50% of the full price of the higher plan.
• After 90 Days: Once 90 days have passed since your original purchase, the full price of the new plan will apply.

Nature of the Product: Our digital products are non-tangible and irrevocable. Once you have gained access to the content, it is considered "used," and we cannot issue a refund.

Informed Consent: By making a purchase on Bricksfusion, you explicitly agree that the delivery of the digital content will begin immediately upon confirmation of your purchase, and you waive your right of withdrawal. This policy aligns with the guidelines of Directive (EU) 2019/770 and applicable Spanish legislation.

Exceptions and Considerations: We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. If you believe you have encountered a technical issue or that your situation warrants special consideration, please contact our support team at support@bricksfusion.com. We will review each case individually and strive to find a satisfactory solution.

Information and Transparency: We encourage our customers to review all available information about the product before making a purchase. If you have any doubts or need more details about our products, our support team is ready to assist you.

Trials and Demonstrations: To ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase, we offer demonstrations or trial versions (where applicable) of our digital products. We recommend taking advantage of these resources to ensure the product meets your needs before making the final purchase.

Bricksfusion and its owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Bricksfusion without prior notice or liability for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Examples of breaches include, but are not limited to, unauthorized resale or distribution of the software, failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations, and any actions that compromise the security of our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of Bricksfusion after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Notifications will be provided via email and/or prominent notices on our website.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Spain. We have chosen Spain as the jurisdiction to ensure consistency and clarity in the application of legal principles.
